Mistreatment I was handed off between 6 different guys after each one saying "let me go talk to my boss." Then when I was told on the phone that I would be called I was handed off between 6 different guys after each one saying "let me go talk to my boss." Then when I was told on the phone that I would be called back in ten minutes, the person never called back. When I called 3 days later to discuss the reason why no one called me back, I was yelled at literally, hung up on to the point of hearing the phone slam shut, and to top it off when I asked why I wasn't called back right after the individual hung up, he said because I was busy. At one point during the meetings when I was there, we were told by the individual we were working with that he will be right back, and some other person came in. When we told this new individual where is the other person and that we wanted his card, he simply got up, closed his file and walked out. If you want to be treated with respect, and not feel insulted and belittled, go somewhere else. The way we were treated here is absolutely unacceptable. No one deserves to be treated like this. More

great service & attention to detail. Angie Ramirez is a terrific Service Writer -- she really looks after my car to make sure it's done the way I want. I took the car in for an oil chang Angie Ramirez is a terrific Service Writer -- she really looks after my car to make sure it's done the way I want. I took the car in for an oil change, and told her about three specific deviations from your usual dealer protocol: (1) I wanted Synthetic Oil, not regular. (2) I did not want to have my tire pressures changed -- they would appear slightly overinflated at your dealership, but where I live (at nearly 7,000 ft up the mountain), the temperatures are consistently 20-25 degrees colder than down below, so back at home the inflation pressures are exactly right. If they were bled to be properly inflated at your dealership, they would actually be underinflated at home. (3) I did not want to have my tires rotated -- I put real Snow Tires (with mountain snowflake symbols) on my car each Winter to be able to pass through the "chain check" stations (and avoid needing to ride around on chains) around my home. So each Spring , I conveniently rotate all 5 of my tires as I put my summer tires back on the Jeep. Doing a rotation now at your dealership would skew the benefits of "regular" rotation by having it done too soon. Angie keep an eye on the technician to make sure that he followed these special instructions, and I really appreciate that. My thanks to Angie. Also, I want to praise the Technician who worked on my car. Not only did he follow Angie's instuctions (as above), but he also found a coolant leak that I didn't know that I had. I am going to have that fixed when I bring it back to you for a driver seat's warranty repair. So I very much appreciate his looking over my entire car to potential problems. More

Rats in engine Helped me remove dead rats from my engine at a very fair price. Took apart the whole engine, cleaned it and put it back together. She got the parts ordered and they arrived the next morning and the job was done that day. I was able to take the truck home the day after I took it in. What great service. This was my first time to deal with Angie as my service technician. My regular service technician Austen was promoted to the new service manager. She was a super service technician so it was easy to understand why she was chosen as the new service manager. I was very pleased with how Angie Handled everything. I enjoy doing business with Moss.
