The service manager, Jason Bauman and their mechanic Mike Miranda really knows what their talking about on these trucks. It's probably because a lot of the vehicles they service at this dealership are diesel trucks. I have tried going to other Dodge dealers local to me but none of them have the experience and knowledge these guys have. I drive my diesel truck 40 miles out of my area to come here because they are the only guys I trust to service my vehicle. Jason Bauman goes out of his way to provide excellent customer service. Mike Maranda the mechanic has gone on multiple road tests with me to ensure me the issues I had with my truck was repaired to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this dealership. More

GL Moss - Asset to the Company / Rep Michael "Thanks a Ton" My Experience with Moss in San Bernardo, Ca. I went with my Mother to Purchase a new car I wanted to SUV for her and something new. My first Sales rep My Experience with Moss in San Bernardo, Ca. I went with my Mother to Purchase a new car I wanted to SUV for her and something new. My first Sales rep was nice but didn't really "direct us" to much we looked at a lot of cars spent about 8-10 hr in total at the dealership. The reps shift ended and we were assigned a new rep to finish the sale, this rep Michael Knew this stuff after going over the details of what we wanted he showed up three cars and boom we found the car for us. The Fiance Manager knew we were there for a very long time and gave us a great deal right away with out hours of aggravation you usually deal at a dealership. Our problem occurred during the signing of the contract we when to finish the signing of the contract and the term length was incorrect / this was a large mistake literally thousands of dollars then the second issue was the back-up camera we were originally sold on was suppose to be in dash but the contract manager told us it would be mirror not in dash another issue; the last issue was the car we drove came with aftermarket wheels and these would not be included.. These were deal breakers and we were very upset after a long day, but GL Moss was there to save the day. I am very happy when family that owns the business also runs the business; it shows they really do care. He worked out the payments for me and also reassured me the backup camera would be in-dash, and the wheels he told us just be happy and not to worry about the wheel they were ours. I can't express the gratitude toward GL for helping with these issues that would have cause us not to purchase the car. After the long day and talking with GL we were very happy with our purchase will be be buying more cars at this dealership in the future and referring all of our friends. More
