Exceptional! I have been researching the Ram 1500 Series truck for the last year. I come from a "Ford" family, but very glad I switched to Mopar. Anyway, Salesman I have been researching the Ram 1500 Series truck for the last year. I come from a "Ford" family, but very glad I switched to Mopar. Anyway, Salesman Ron Butler showed me a couple of trucks - I came in initially looking for a 6 cylinder, none available in my price range - but settled on a Ram 1500 Reg. Cab with the 5.7 Hemi. When it came to the financing part of the transaction, I explained to Ron that I did not want to haggle, go back and forth on the price, down payment, terms, etc. I came in pre-qualified with another Auto lender and Ron Butler and the crew was able to get me a better interest rate on the truck loan, and with Chrysler Capitol no less! I've had some work done on the truck post sale and couldn't be more pleased with the level on service I received from my Service Writer Austin. I'll next get a quote on a truck alarm in the very near future. You guys rock! More
