brought may 2022 Ram in to dealership to repair the center touch screen. They said it was a loose wire. By time I got home the screen was doing the same thing again. I could not get back to the dealers center touch screen. They said it was a loose wire. By time I got home the screen was doing the same thing again. I could not get back to the dealership for a few weeks. During my travel the screen went blank while driving. Brought it back in for repairs. The first time I paid a $200 deductible. The second time in for repairs I had to an additional $200 for the same problem. It was a come back repair. Should not have to pay the second deducible for the same repair. More
