Poor service, no follow up with customer. I had to keep calling the service advisor asking for updates. Hannah never answers her phone. I asked to have various things checked and my vehicle w I had to keep calling the service advisor asking for updates. Hannah never answers her phone. I asked to have various things checked and my vehicle was not. She had forgot. I will never come back here to service my car due to this poor customer service and it was always said because we’re short staff. This was the worst experience at the San Bernardino location. Riveride location never treat their customers like this. More
