Service department did not care that the problem with my jeep wasn’t fixed. They just wanted to give it back because on the warranty they’re not making much money on the warranty I guess and they just didn’ jeep wasn’t fixed. They just said they couldn’t find a problem and they had the Jeep for four days and they still couldn’t do nothing. They wanted me to leave it longer for whatever reason for not a very good reason just to see if the battery went dead. I already told him that was the problem. My 2017 Chrysler Pacifica experienced an electrical issue with multiple error codes. I made an appointment to drop it in for service on Thursday and left it over the weekend. I received a call the next day r with multiple error codes. I made an appointment to drop it in for service on Thursday and left it over the weekend. I received a call the next day reporting both batteries had failed. The backup battery was in stock while the main battery was at least ten days out for delivery, no further diagnostics could be performed until the replacement batteries had been received and installed. I suggested that was unsatisfactory and that the service writer should determine if alternate compatible batteries were available sooner. He called late in the day Friday to concede that alternates were available. (Good thing, because I verified this independently.) The work was completed and I was able to pick up the car on Tuesday afternoon. More
