No Thanks. The repair has already been performed for a mere $126.68 including the part. taking less than 4 hrs from the time they gave me the estimate (in 15 mins)and I picked up my auto. I just feel sorry for anyone that does not have the experience to question the 'error in your repair guide' and your $99.95 'look in a book or internet' diagnostic fee. I doubt you will ever be able to 'renew my trust' and I will share my displeasure with Moss Motors to anyone that will listen. Thrice bitten makes for deep wounds. There are, I hope, dealers and busineses that are honest and customer friendly without being challenged. Wish you the best.
