The experience started out good with sales men. He did his thing, and we already knew what we wanted. They asked me what I wanted to pay. I dislike that they act like what the maximum you’re willing to pay is what they will give you. Rather then looking at the best option for you. I through a ball park number. I asked for the final price and they just kept avoiding the question. The sales manager comes out and does his little search. It sounded good, we work out a number and he said he would take out a 6,000 of 96,000. Allegedly he did. When I get to financing the price tag is now at 99,000,l but with the “discount” they gave it was at 96,000, which was the regular price it was advertised. I told them about the discrepancy and told them they had to take out the 6,000. The final price is 93,000 but it should have been 90,000 because the car was listed at 96,000 rather the paper he brought over saying 99,000. The manager says it’s allegedly a misunderstanding, they play hard to get and go back and forth then finally give. They bring down the price to what it should, or what I though should be. Ultimately they charge be 3,000 more for the vehicle. The manger was shady, hope they enjoy the 3,000 because they probably won’t be getting my business in the future. Also my wife called a few days later to see what financing company we had because they didn’t disclose that either but they never returned our call. More
My husband picked up our GMC 3500 after they fix the front wheel wheels he drove approximately 2.6 Miles back home and the front wheels were already rubbing on both sides in both wheel wells. My husband was not very happy about this and called and talked to the service writer and told him how disappointed he was in the technician’s work. He also told the service writer that he hoped that GMC would not have to pay for this terrible job since now he has to take it back to a Chevy dealership in Lake Havasu to get it fixed. He did not have time to bring it back before leaving town. We’ve always had great service at Moss motors so we were very disappointed in the work. More

When purchasing the vehicle i mentioned manager that I saw that the GMC Sierra EV had a tax credit and he said it didn’t apply to the lease. Afterwards I got an email from GM saying that if you lease a EV saw that the GMC Sierra EV had a tax credit and he said it didn’t apply to the lease. Afterwards I got an email from GM saying that if you lease a EV vehicle, there is a 7500 tax credit. I continue to follow up with the salesman and he does a pretty good job of responding, but then the manager never gets back to me. More

Their professionalism and willingness to help made the process smooth and enjoyable. I genuinely believe Moss Bros GMC is underrated—they offer competitive deals and a welcoming atmosphere that deserves more recognition. That said, I do hope they improve their post-sale customer service. After just a few days of ownership, I experienced issues with my brand-new vehicle, and it took four days just to diagnose the problem. For a new car, that kind of delay was frustrating, and I would have appreciated more proactive communication and follow-up during that time. Great dealership with great people—I just hope they continue to support their customers after the sale as strongly as they do during it. More
