Very disappointed. I informed the lot employee what I was looking for and the truck he showed me was not what I was asking for, he asked if I wanted to test drive told him no, its not what I want, so he grab looking for and the truck he showed me was not what I was asking for, he asked if I wanted to test drive told him no, its not what I want, so he grabbed the sales manager Ben. I told Ben the same information 3 times. No 4x4, no diesel and no wood panels.. He then replied he would try to find one in the system, he stepped away for 2 minutes came back and said he was not able to locate one in the area but one was located 100 miles he then asked how much did I want to spend told him 50k. He gave me his card and stated he will call me the next day. We were BASICALLY DISMISSED. Wife and I were extremely irritated. After departing decided to give another GMC a try. Well it was a very extremely different experience. It started with the sales man introducing himself and asking for our names. Needless to say I drove off with a 2021 and spent 60k. All because we were treated with respect and not a number. BTW, I'm still waiting for that call its been 1 week. More
