I came in with one ask — a 2026 Nissan Sentra SV, a clean OTD number, no dealer add-ons, and no games. I was buying through Navy Federal Credit Union's TrueCar program with a buyer's check. I'd already done my homework, compared inventory across multiple Mossy lots, and was also looking at a Honda Civic at a competing dealer. Enrique didn't flinch. No pressure. Ivan and the gang took care of my issue with a smart key of a vehicle purchased at Carmax. It was busy so it took time. Everything was spotless. If you need or want Nissan service I strongly suggest Mossy Nissan. More

very poor service adviser need better customer care purchase new car in December had noise in right side upper dash in speaker this was a 2017 Altima went to service they had the car for 2 days said the purchase new car in December had noise in right side upper dash in speaker this was a 2017 Altima went to service they had the car for 2 days said they fixed it on my way home the noise was still there went back again explained the problem still there road test didn't hear the noise i waited 3 hours and the service adviser went to lunch and no one wanted to help me and give me any information on my car or the problem so i asked for my car back service very bad customer help .i went to one of your other dealership they listen what i had to say about the car took on road test they fixed the noise in the upper right dash speaker service adviser let me know what was going on with the car in a timely manner the dealership in national city adviser walk pass you an say nothing won't go to that dealership any more i will tell my family and friends stay away More

Very disappointed with this dealership Had the worst end-of-lease experience at this dealership and do not plan on doing business with them again. When I turned in my old lease, I signed a Had the worst end-of-lease experience at this dealership and do not plan on doing business with them again. When I turned in my old lease, I signed a new one with the understanding that the old lease would be paid off. No one in Sales or Finance mentioned that the old lease would not be paid in full. Three months after returning the old lease, I received a statement for the old lease with a balance owed. I emailed the sales person and finance people I had previously worked with. After about two weeks of no response, I went in to the dealership. I was told they would look into it. A month and a half later, I get another statement saying I still had a balance. I call the dealership and they tell me again they are looking into it. Next thing I know, I start getting calls from Collections. So I call again and I am told I need to go in to the dealership to get help. So I go in. When I get there I am told they have to look into it and they will call me back but that everything they promised was paid and that they dont pay excess wear and tear costs. Six months after I turned in the old lease I am being told I would have to pay for the excess costs. 6 months! Totally unacceptable. I signed a new lease without the dealer being truthful about what I would owe on the old lease. I feel cheated and do not plan on ever going back there again. More
