I was having some issues with my car and brought it into the services dept to get it checked out. Darren was awesome and was able to find out the issue with my 08 Sentra. Unfortunately the cost of repair exceeded what I was expecting and decided to see about getting into a new car instead. Darren referred me to Joey, in the sales dept. I'm assuming Joey is his go to guy and I can see why. Joey started off with finding out the issue I was having with my vehicle and knowing that cost was a deciding factor on my decision he helped narrow down a couple of different cars. Since I had a Sentra, he showed me one of those and an Altima. I decided to drive both to make a comparison. I decided to see what they were able to do on an Altima since it had a bit more room and power than what I was used to. Once we narrowed down an Altima for me, George and Brandon, the sales and finance managers, gave me a couple of different options that would work with my budget. I ended up going home with a 2016 Nissan Altima SR. All of the staff are very friendly and seemed customer service oriented. I'm not too sure why car dealerships get a bad wrap when they have people like Joey in the business. He took the time to get to know me and understand my needs, which is rare in this industry. They have a customer for life!
