I have never purchased a vehicle over distance so I had several concerns. Marcus was very responsive and very patient. He answered all of my questions, provided detailed information regarding the vehicle, and even prepared a special film of the vehicle for me. Marcus was not at all pushy at any time. Once I was satisfied with the vehicle, Cynthia at Mike Dodds Motor Trends made the paperwork and payment very simple and straight-forward. I have a son who will need a vehicle in two years. Drove up and was greeted by Lindsay, he allowed me to walk around and he just talked to me, asked questions and was very easy going. He somehow convinced me into filling out a finance application and then I spoke to Mike, anyway I'm not sure how this happened but I drove away in a 2015 truck. Amazing laid back place Lindsay is awesome and I'm bringing my wife back in March. More

We drove in, told them which cars we wanted to test drive and they had them ready to go very quickly. Mark advised us not to test one particular vehicle that he believed we wouldn't be happy with. We made our decision fairly quickly due to our need for a more reliable vehicle but there was literally no pressure from them to buy or trade in. As far as the trade in goes, Motor Trend was able to give us the best price around. We have bought (and sold) from Motor Trend in the past, and if we need another quality used car in the future, we will be back. More
