First time buyer It was my first time purchasing a car and Marcus and his staff made my experience a memorable one. I talked to Marcus (the biggest guy there) in the morning around 10AM and he emailed me some financial applications to fill out. Then, I got there around 2PM to test drive the car. Before I test drove the car, I asked him to appraise my mom's car and he gladly did it for us. After I came back from the test drive, I was greeted by Cinthia from the finance team. She asked me to sign some documents and I was good to go. The entire process only took about an hour and I didn't have to meet a whole gang of salesmen to purchase my car. Before we left, he gave us the value of my mom's car and answered every question we had and even got his staff to educate us on how to look for damages on a used car. He was very helpful and had more patience than a monk! He was never forceful and he did not show any signs of being impatient. He was very calm and listened to everything we had to say. I would definitely go back here again to look for my next car purchase. More

I’m also picky – I require dependability and utility, but I also want a cool looking car, and one that offers luxury, and I want colors that make it look clean all the time (without a lot of effort) as it relaxes my fussy nature. I was driving a four door sedan, but my car requirements changed, and I needed to buy a large SUV. I researched cars for months because a large SUV was out of my familiarity zone. My Mike Dodd purchase transaction was exceptional. I was focused on one make/model but I had the opportunity, in their not-so-large, but just the right sized dealership, to look around at many ‘good looking’ used cars on the lot, side-by-side. I jumped from car to car and it was a great comparison shopping experience. I felt that I was in the midst of expertly scrutinized cars that made up their high quality inventory. This place is like a pedigree zoo. Marcus Cook was our dealership contact. He responded immediately to my email but was really laid back and gave us attention when we wanted it and didn’t hover around us. It took me less than an hour to make up my mind to buy a Lexus. We put a small deposit down to hold the auto and then Mike the finance guy went to work. He had completed our credit check, had all the financing arranged with a very reputable establishment, for a good interest rate (for a used vehicle), and the paperwork was all queued up and ready for us to sign the next day. The CarFax/AutoCheck history was impeccable. I ordinarily stress and fret over a major purchase like this, but not this time. More
