We were sold a vehicle, that got an engine code before we could get it home. Motors Northwest has only replied we did not purchase a warranty. Sold me a truck that needed engine work within 2 weeks of purchase. The belts were worn and the squeaking was loud, even though they told me everything was reviewed and replaced to get it ready to sell. I wa purchase. I was also told that the truck came with a 3 month / 3,000 mile warranty during the negotiation (part of the reason I agreed to purchase at the price), and then I was informed that the warranty wasn’t valid for my vehicle (different info from what the salesman told me) when it was time to sign the paperwork. I made an appointment ahead of time and still had to wait around for 3 hours after we negotiated and agreed on a price to sign the paperwork and drive off the lot. More

I went to northwest motors because I drove by 15 minutes before they closed and saw I truck I wanted. I called and spoke to duane (spellcheck) and he said to just go on by even though they were getting read before they closed and saw I truck I wanted. The next morning they called me back to let me know I got approved for the truck I wanted. They definitely worked hard to get me the deal I needed at the numbers I wanted!
