Bought a new 2023 Tucson from this dealership. Took car to the dealership over a month ago to have the radio that had stopped working repaired. I can understand there are reasons for delay of parts, but why can't I drive the car until they come in?? Why doesn't anyone call and tell me what's going on with the repair?? Terrible communication. Wouldn't use this dealership. Fine another. More

Typical car dealership. Very young staff. Friendly and accommodating but the process of purchasing our new vehicle took entirely too long. Told salesman that I would finance Very young staff. Our credit rating is 859 and after waiting for an excessive amount of time, the finance manager came back with a rate of 7.99%. Totally unacceptable. Ask why they wasted my time after being told I wouldn’t finance if the rate was over 5%, he said it really didn’t add much more time. Paid cash. Salesman delivered the vehicle later that evening because they couldn’t get some of the pre/delivery inspection software to work so I could take delivery when paperwork was completed. More
