I stop at Mountain View Hyundai to see if they were able to take care of my 2024 Santa Fe XRT first maintenance even though I didn’t bought the vehicle with them. I bought my Santa Fe @ Long Hyundai of Cha to take care of my 2024 Santa Fe XRT first maintenance even though I didn’t bought the vehicle with them. I bought my Santa Fe @ Long Hyundai of Chattanooga. My experience was so bad that I want to go back to that dealership. Johnathon approached me to ask where we got the car and how much we paid for it. Long story short, I left the Mountain View Hyundai with 2024 Calligraphy for less money and less not talked about the customer service because it was outstanding. From the sales floor to management. Everyone was so attentive. They listen, empathize and found the way of getting us the vehicle we deserve for the money we were paying. Very thankful for Johnathon and everyone involved in the trade of my vehicle, Thank you! More
