We appreciate you taking the time to leave your review on countless sites. We will respond to all reviews accordingly. First, we should be very clear as to the events that transpired as it pertains to the attempted purchase of a vehicle. The only attempt at manipulation in numbers was by yourself. Rather than us taking the car back, you felt we should discount the car an additional $3,000 and put new tires on, 3 weeks after the initial sale. You requested the discount based to a 3rd party inspection finding damage on the inside of the trunk and rear bumper cover. The CarFax showed no prior accidents. However, upon further inspection, WE ABSOLUTELY AGREE that there is damage on the car from when the prior owner had it. You still wanted the car, yet wanted us to discount it nearly $3,000 and put tires on also. Discounting the vehicle $3,000 does not make it any safer for you or anyone in your family to drive. Money is important. Safety is far more important. Regarding the scenario, we would have took the car back regardless of any issues with financing. It was the right thing to do. We don't want any customer in that vehicle and will be sending it directly to auction. In addressing your review further, we absolutely care about losing business. If it were up to us, every customer that comes to our lot would leave in every single car they intended to purchase. Unfortunately, it's not always up to us as a dealer, as banks play a large role in that aspect. That being said, sometimes it just doesn't work out. We apologize you felt the need to leave so many reviews. Thank you again for your feedback.

Financing was not an issue for this purchase, except for whatever scam your team was running for the applications. I had no problem obtaining my own financing once we were finally notified there was an issue with the deal promised at time of sale... which coincidentally did not happen until after you were notified of the damage we discovered on the car, 3 weeks after the fact. The options I provided when I came to the dealership were (1) to repair the issues or (2) to discount the car so I could pay for the repairs. The dealership opted not to do either. Extensive documentation was also *in the vehicle* along with the user's manual showing the damage/repair history as well, which we discovered while removing our personal belongings for the return. The car was detailed twice and assessed when taken in on trade - that documentation along with the very obvious mismatched wheel could not have been missed that many times. Thanks!
