I drove down to look at the Mustang that Friday afternoon and Kent took it from there. No pressure, but very knowledgeable about the Mustang. After a test drive, I noticed that Rodney Grimes was the General Manager. My wife and I had purchased three vehicles from Rodney (one via text message) during a stint at another dealer. The transaction its self, was a total five-star experience from the moment I arrived, to the moment I left, which was less than three hours total.
