Ziibi was new only 3 weeks at postion. He was polite courteous. George helped us probably 50% of time because Ziibi wasn't available. George was very out going, friendly and courteous. More

Oh no Rick, So sorry that things didn't meet your every expectation. That is always our goal. I thought we went over with you our error in omitting a rebate you were owed and then had a check cut back to you rectifying our mistake?? Sometimes low rates and rebates aren't compatible to be used together which was I think what might have occurred in your case.

1st of all the check you mention was promised the following day, it is now going on 2 weeks and I have yet to receive my military discount. I called to check on it yesterday and was told I would have to wait a week and a half as the person in charge was on vacation? 2nd, being older and pron to getting fatigued I lost much of the high pressure finance meeting when the dealership finally got around to it. I was led to believe that I would be getting discount of sorts for around $1,250 which thru fast shuffling was added to the Sticker price, now called the "Cash Price of the Vehicle", of the car and I was later told that was a finance rebate due to the dealership, not me. So, no rebate for me! I agreed to a $200 Maintenance Contract that I was charged $617 upon review. I let myself get talked into a $1,795 lifetime warranty, at my age that won't be long! I saw the next day that there was 1.99 financing available thru Hyundai but it was never offered and was told the rate would be 6.75% even though I had 800+ credit? The dealership got a $1,250 rebate for selling me a higher interest rate? Let's just say I am more than a little disillusioned with the Hyundai dealership at this point!
