The under hood repairs to our Sonata were very challenging. MVH made extensive repairs. They made many tests and finally isolated the problem. Car runs perfectly. Many thanks. From start to finish, everyone I encountered in the service department was friendly and professional. I stop at Mountain View Hyundai to see if they were able to take care of my 2024 Santa Fe XRT first maintenance even though I didn’t bought the vehicle with them. I bought my Santa Fe @ Long Hyundai of Cha to take care of my 2024 Santa Fe XRT first maintenance even though I didn’t bought the vehicle with them. I bought my Santa Fe @ Long Hyundai of Chattanooga. My experience was so bad that I want to go back to that dealership. Johnathon approached me to ask where we got the car and how much we paid for it. Long story short, I left the Mountain View Hyundai with 2024 Calligraphy for less money and less not talked about the customer service because it was outstanding. From the sales floor to management. Everyone was so attentive. They listen, empathize and found the way of getting us the vehicle we deserve for the money we were paying. I came for an oil change and while waiting I discovered a 2024 Hyundai Tucson N-Line hybrid and met Cody. He offered to let me take it out for a test drive and I was sold. Cody was so kind and very easy to w 2024 Hyundai Tucson N-Line hybrid and met Cody. He offered to let me take it out for a test drive and I was sold. Cody was so kind and very easy to work with while deciding to trade in my 2020 Palisade for a new Hyundai Tucson N line. He took all the time that was needed to make sure I was comfortable with what my trade in value and final payment would be. Cody is awesome and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a car to ask for Cody. He will work hard to make sure you are happy. I am a very loyal customer of Hyundai. I love how they stand by their cars. I met Dylan Calkins who was so kind and helpful and helped me to get everything that was needed to allow me to trade. Josh Newman in the finance department went over all of my options and was awesome at explaining all of my add on options as far as extended warranty goes. The paperwork was easy to understand and didn’t take a lot of time. The new showroom is beautiful and the entire staff are pleasant and polite. Bottom line is I trust Mountain View Hyundai staff in offering you the best quality service. Service department was awesome. They took care of my oil change on my Hyundai Palisade while I was test driving my new car. More
