Everyone was so attentive. They listen, empathize and found the way of getting us the vehicle we deserve for the money we were paying. Josh Newman in the finance department went over all of my options and was awesome at explaining all of my add on options as far as extended warranty goes. The paperwork was easy to understand and didn’t take a lot of time. The new showroom is beautiful and the entire staff are pleasant and polite. Bottom line is I trust Mountain View Hyundai staff in offering you the best quality service. Service department was awesome. Worst service department you could ever visit. They don't communicate with you and will lie to your face. You can be told that you have an appointment and they are going to look at your car and th They don't communicate with you and will lie to your face. You can be told that you have an appointment and they are going to look at your car and that day will come and go without anyone looking at it. If you question them they will tell you that they are glad to give you the keys as you can have it towed somewhere else. My car doesn't even have 30,000 miles on it and won't start. We have already had the fuel injectors replaced less than six months ago. I thought once they moved to the new bigger fancy place that things would change. It is obvious that it is the way Mountain View runs the business. It always starts at the top of the entire staff has the same and customer service. If and when they ever look at and fix my car it will be sold and we will get something other than a Hyundia. I can't continue to deal with such a bad business like this one. It has been three weeks and still nothing. This place does not deserve any stars. More
