My car (Mustang GT) was in for replacement of the defective Takata airbag initiator. The work was completed in a very reasonable time, and the car returned in original condition. No misalignment in any of the components that were removed for the replacement work. Above and beyond, the dealership also washed my car! More

Good People Good Servive when Buying My New Lincoln I went into the Dealership on a Friday afternoon had my trade in evaluated, picked out a new Lincoln Nautilus, put together the deal, the salesman sho I went into the Dealership on a Friday afternoon had my trade in evaluated, picked out a new Lincoln Nautilus, put together the deal, the salesman showed me all the many features on the Nautilus and made sure I was comfortable with those features, was shown all available accessories and made my choices and signed all the financing paper work which included picking a service plan. I first saw one of the ownesr, knew of some of the salesman's family. Everyone across the board treated me the way I would want to treat other people. Excellent professional staff. I have had several "stupid me" questions since I bought the Nautilus and ever one was answered to my satisfaction. These are reasons I gave the dealership a five star rating.
