Nothing but issues We bought my vehicle as a lease back in 2015 from them and have had nothing but problems since we stepped foot on the dealership. When it came time to end the leasing contract we already made the decision to not continue with them and purchased a vehicle from another dealership that we had worked with before and loved. It is clear as day that this is a commission based dealer based on their interactions. We had to reschedule an appointment to end the lease twice and the first time we called to reschedule, the message was not given to the appropriate person so then we got a message 2 days later from a gentleman (could not understand what his name even was) stating that "apparently we could not make our appointment" because it looked as though we had just not showed. After trying for 2 weeks to get ahold of someone to make another appointment, we finally got ahold of Jayson who told us to come in at 4:00 for an appointment and he didn't even take our name so how could we have an appointment? We showed up that day at 3:50 and didn't leave until 4:30. We literally were in the office for 3 minutes to sign something on a cell phone and that was it. I have no idea what I signed and I am not even the primary person on the lease; my husband is. The whole time we waited not one employee made eye contact, asked us if we needed anything, or asked if we were being helped until I finally after 20 minutes of waiting got up and asked someone if we were going to be helped at all. What's funny is that as soon as we arrived and I got out of my car, a sales gentleman flocked to my car asking me what I was there for and then once he found out we were there to end a lease it was like we were chop liver and forgotten about. We left there feeling as though we were being punished for ending our lease and not purchasing another vehicle. We felt as though we would have been treated a lot better if we were there for that. I have to say that it is a huge relief to end the harassing phone calls from the dealership about purchasing another vehicle for more then what we were paying on the lease. Believe it or not, I could go on and on. It is very disappointing and I will warn everyone I know that is looking to buy a car to avoid this dealership. It was apparent to us even just waiting to be helped that everyone there is all about making a buck and not taking care of their customers. When we bought the lease back in 2015, the girl knew absolutely nothing about the vehicle and when we came back to test drive another one about a year ago the gentleman bragged about how they would take some of the vehicles out and go as fast as they could just to beat the cars up. Every time I would get my vehicle serviced and washed there, it came out looking dirtier then it did when I brought it in. The so called 'car wash' was pretty much just water sprayed over the car.
