We are sorry that your experience was not the same as the thousands of other customers we have helped get into a car over the last 20 years. As for the comments in your posting, we did provide a Carfax to you that is in your file signed by you, showing the vehicle had not been involved in an accident. In fact, we are able to provide Carfax reports to any customer upon their request. The damage done to the vehicle after you purchased it, while you were at work, is not something we could have foreseen or been responsible for. The vehicle did have an issue with an airbag sensor, a common problem that we address on a weekly basis. We did have the car sent in to our mechanic and we repaired the issue at no cost to you. The light that came on afterwards was the light showing that the passenger airbag was active when someone was sitting in the passenger seat. Most new cars have that feature built in for your passengers safety. We would be glad to discuss anything else with you that might need to be addressed if you would like to return to our office. Again, we are sorry for the issue and we would like very much to help with any of your needs in the future.
