The Services Department is trash. The Services Manager Robert tries to use compliments as a cover up for his mechanics damaging your car and not fixing what you brought your car in for in the first place. I have returned every month for the past 4 months for the same thing and sometimes twice a month. I tried to inform the Site Manager Chris today of what was going on and he talked all over me, never tried to hear what I had to say and I waited to speak to him for 30 minutes. When I was finally able to speak with him the woman who I watched walk in 20 minutes in my wait was already back there speaking with him. I have a huge scratch on my car from a visit with them and my glove box doesn’t shut properly anymore. They gave me my car back without the paneling at the base of the steering wheel. More

He is seriously injured, currently unable to walk, in a wheelchair, but we need to replace his vehicle so he can work once he is healed. “Reggie”, from Mt. Moriah, “he’s an honest church-going fellow” told my husband, he drove the car to his home and the car seemed solid and mechanically sound. On good faith, out of desperation, we purchased the car, sight unseen. Car arrives 24 hours late, unable to start to get off the transport..stupid us...we jump it and find out it was leaving very large oil spots on our driveway. “Reggie” said the oil was changed prior to shipment. The dipstick was dry. Bone.dry. The car makes a very loud shrill noise with turns. Not your typical “power steering fluid is low” noise but a very loud shrill noise. Tire pressure was low in 2 tires I and the steering is very jittery. This car is a 2010 Acura TL, all wheel drive, with manual transmission. I will continue to update on the situation as I take it to my Acura dealership to have it thoroughly checked. I have a 2013 Acura TL and a very loyal customer to my dealer. This transaction made me very nervous from the start, but I wanted to believe, like my husband, that we could make an honest deal and that people are basically good and honest. To say the least, there were some serious lies and deceptions with this dealer. Yes if you bother to answer this, we know we signed the “as is contract. I am in serious doubt about the integrity of the business that you run. This may seem premature but shame on you. This will not rest. I have a lot of energy and ability to continue an investigation into this. Yes, I know this is a done deal. It is not about the money. It is about basic decency. I will go through all channels to show what is shady operation this is, unless you prove me wrong. I am very persistent. So the car has no A/C, hemorrhages oil and is very loud. Back to human or basic human decency. Since my son’s accident I have come across very exceptional people who have restored my faith in humanity. Such is not the case here. I didn’t need anybody to extend themselves or to show compassion for somebody in a difficult situation. I just needed basic honesty and integrity. Well, you won’t find it here. Luckily, you could probably find it many many places elsewhere. Reggie, my husband asked you if “you would sell this car to a family member, and you emphatically responded “yes” with no hesitation. I hope that’s really not so, because that would mean that you hate your family. What goes around comes around. Will add the full list of repairs tomorrow. All $6,000 worth. This company cannot be trusted. Stay away! More
