Just got back from my appointment to have “The Works” done on my 2017 Ford F-250 that I bought from their dealership. Very, very disappointed in their service department. I was the almost 3 hours getting done on my 2017 Ford F-250 that I bought from their dealership. Very, very disappointed in their service department. I was the almost 3 hours getting my oil changed and tires rotated. There was only two other people there getting service during the time I was there. Not busy! No excuse!! Their service department just plain sucks! It’s a joke!! Talked to a couple salesman there and they couldn’t believe it. I’ve been there almost 2 hours in the past waiting but never this long. It’s getting worse and worse. The sales department is pretty good. I would rate them a 4 or 5. The service department about 0-1. The guy at the service desk got back from lunch and couldn’t believe I was still there. He pulled some strings and got my service free of charge. I appreciated that. Whoever was working on my truck should be fired immediately ! Makes the service department look bad. I keep saying I’m never going back but because of my warranty I have to. Part of the deal of the extended warranty . That’s where they get ya. If you go there for service you better allow plenty of extra time and have plenty of patience. More
I purchased a used C8 Corvette convertible from Mount orab Ford that had just over $7,500 mi on it. Looking through the owner's manual I discovered that the filter in the transmission has to be changed a orab Ford that had just over $7,500 mi on it. Looking through the owner's manual I discovered that the filter in the transmission has to be changed at $7,500 mi or it voids the cars warranty. I assume that it had been done I was told that all the fluids had been changed but about 2,000 miles later I was talking with a friend that told me it was imperative that the filter was changed. After multiple calls to the dealership over about a 10-day period I finally spoke with someone who pull the car up in the computer and looked at it for maintenance records and told me that it appeared the filter had not been changed. Something so important that it would void the warranty certainly should have been changed by a reputable dealership when the car reached 7,500 MI. For this reason I would not recommend Mount orab Ford and will now have to spend $1,000 having the filter change 2000 miles over warranty recommendation. More

A few months ago the car started slipping come to find out it needed a whole new transmission radiator heater. Cool thermostat and all the lines connecting all of the cooling system. We get the car back and a week later the car overheats gets towed to the dealership. We're a hose. Clamp failed. We picked the car up that day. Great! A week and a half later we lose heat. We had to put a gallon of antifreeze in it in less than 24 hours. Take it back to the dealership service department. Keeps it for 3 days. Pick it up. They tell us nothing's wrong with it. Must have been an air bubble, had it less than 24 hours and lose heat. Again, absolutely do not recommend a Ford escape. You do not recommend Ford service More
