When I showed up someone was already there to great me and take me to the salesman I requested. Everybody was very friendly and welcoming. Logan Killen was awesome, kind, and very patient. They were not aggressive in any of the sales. They also did not get offended or rude when trying to negotiate a deal. Very accommodating and knowledgeable in the vehicle they are selling. I was in the market for a Toyota Tundra and came across a 2016 SR5 that was here in MTN View 153. From start to finish, we were greeted and taken care of from Dan Plant. We were sent a video of the truck bef 2016 SR5 that was here in MTN View 153. From start to finish, we were greeted and taken care of from Dan Plant. We were sent a video of the truck before we we scheduled to see it and were helped tremendously by Dan and his team. We were given alternatives to our purchase which was appreciated as we decided what our final purchase was going to be. Dan and his team are fast, kind, professional and it’s clear they work hard to give you the best deal on what you’re looking for. Do not buy from this dealership. This was the worst experience we have ever had. They are very nice and easy to contact when you are buying from them but 9 weeks after buying a vehic This was the worst experience we have ever had. They are very nice and easy to contact when you are buying from them but 9 weeks after buying a vehicle we had received a free oil change from them and had a transmission leak within the hour after leaving. The service advisor was very rude and lied on several occasions. There was no talking to him and just wanted the car fixed so we knew we had the special warranty they promote on their website. We contacted Zurich(warranty) while our car sat there for two days getting the run around being lied to. We tried contacting the GSM and others who were so willing to talk and help when purchasing with no return call. We find out from Zurich they had not paid for or turned in our paperwork for the special warranty they promote and talk so much about. We were shocked and could not believe they treat their customers this way. More
