I was greeted by friendly smiles all around and was helped by Travis during my visit. Even though 2 out of 3 of my vehicle interests were out for service or detailing, Travis listened to my wants and needs and found the perfect vehicle for me that I hadn't originally considered but fell in love with immediately. He worked with me on my trade in value, monthly payments, and length of financing. He even went over options of now or later switching out the upholstery to become more pet friendly. It was a sweltering day outside, but the office was cool, refreshing, open, and there was a coffee station and a coke machine with a card reader. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of, even though I am a single female in my 30's. I got to take as many test drives as I wanted, all by myself, and they never even asked for my drivers license or car keys. Travis even helped transfer a large window decal from my old vehicle to my new one. He was a huge help. This is my 2nd vehicle purchase from Mtn View on 153 (previous was 8 yrs ago and was my trade in vehicle this time). I plan on recommending them to everybody I know. More
