I Went to mtn view 153 to finance a car for the first time. Had no credit and under $1000 for a down payment, and Logan Killen along with the finance manager helped me find the best car possible. I wish I had the great experience that others have had at this "dealership". I recently bought a used car from this dealership and I felt like I was mislead about the performance of the car before I bought this "dealership". I recently bought a used car from this dealership and I felt like I was mislead about the performance of the car before I bought it. I'm young and trying to establish credit, but my salesman told me (in front of others) that I had bad credit. That was embarrassing to say the very least. I'm aware of my score, but I felt shamed that day by this salesman. The business side of the dealership wasn't much better. The salesman told me to sign a form about what my payment would be before I even met the Finance Manager. They figured a 2 year warranty in the payment without discussing that with me. When I spoke to the Store Manager over the phone about my experience, he told me I was stuck with this car and would not give me any option to make this right. I'm not happy with my experience here at all. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership. More
