I have been taking my Jeep Wrangler to Mullahey for several years now, and the majority of that time I’ve had the pleasure of working with Nick Rodriguez as my Service Advisor. Nick has been absolutely several years now, and the majority of that time I’ve had the pleasure of working with Nick Rodriguez as my Service Advisor. Nick has been absolutely outstanding - communicative, patient, knowledgeable and always willing to take the time to explain things and make sure I understand what’s going on. I truly appreciate Nick! I’ve also had the privilege of meeting Audie who has been the mechanic on my Jeep, and John, Audie’s assistant in turning wrenches. Everytime I have had the opportunity to speak with them, they’ve taken the time to explain and describe the issues with my Jeep and how they addressed those issues in a way i would be able to understand. That type of communication makes me feel completely at ease knowing my Jeep is in good hands. Thank you again, Nick, Audie, and John. You guys are awesome and truly outstanding at what you do. I went in for preventative maintenance today for the first and last time. I was shocked at the price tag. When the service person called to tell me that they needed to replace the spark plugs, he failed first and last time. I was shocked at the price tag. When the service person called to tell me that they needed to replace the spark plugs, he failed to mention the $650 up charge that would entail. I took a perfectly healthy car in, and walked out with a $1150 bill for nothing but an oil change, tire rotation, spark plugs, and air filter. I absolutely would not recommend anyone going here for service. More
