I have previously purchased a Honda Civic from Muller Honda in 2013 and I receive my service at Muller Honda. It was time for an upgrade and Muller Honda made the entire process smooth. Kevin was very personable from the moment we walked in. He was wonderful to work with and took the time to review all the features of the Honda Civic Touring during our test drive. We did not feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase. Kevin went over all our options thoroughly. The manager, Matt Sonnenschein was able to give us a solid deal on a trade in. Everyone we worked with was knowledgable, thorough, and ensured that we had all the information needed throughout the process. I had recently moved to the area and needed a car ASAP. I was not disappointed. The service department was impressively professional, friendly and helpful so I moved on to the sales floor to check it out. It was early and James Ogelsby was just walking in, but he greeted me immediately and got right to work taking me for a test drive and helping to find an available car that met all my needs. He went above and beyond to speed up the entire process and put me in the driver’s seat in a timely fashion. I’m a “Happy Camper” and can’t thank James and the entire team at Muller for their great attitude and dedication to excellent customer service and satisfaction !! More
