From start to finish my experience in working with Mike was exceptional. The car (certified used Honda) was exactly as advertised and Mike went above and beyond to actually make this a pleasant experience. was exceptional. My wife was unable to go to the dealership with me and came later to sign the papers. I didn't sense any impatience or annoyance from Mike because he had to wait to complete the deal. I will not hesitate to work with Mike and Muller Honda the next time I need to buy a car and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great experience in finding and purchasing a car. More

Our sales rep, James O. , was a pleasure to work with! We’re beyond grateful for the level of service he provided. The finance manager, however, became incredibly rude upon learning that we had a pre-approval from another financial institution and would not be taking their financing. Our sales rep provided us with our options, we declined, and the finance manager still took it upon himself to follow us out to the parking lot, which was pretty strange and not a good look for him. Feedback for the finance guy…. next time wait until the customer leaves to stomp your feet because the transaction didn’t work out in your favor. Overall, a seamless experience! More

I had the wonderful experience of taking my car in today and was met by a wonderful service advisor---Erik Gonzales. He was so very helpful and patient and went through and answered all my questions.
