Buying a new car .Downsizing from a SUV. I was dreading going to buy a new car because in the past it was so stressful and I felt rushed into making decisions while they had me sit there and I was dreading going to buy a new car because in the past it was so stressful and I felt rushed into making decisions while they had me sit there and wait forever for appraisal of trade in and getting financing at other dealerships.I am so happy that I chose Muller Honda to purchase my new Vehicle. I arrived a little later in the evening but I wasn't rushed at all.Originally I told Fabian in sales I was interested in a Civic.I test drove a couple of those but I still wasn't sure that it was the car for me .I then looked at some Hrvs which had better gas mileage than my SUV but I still didn't know if it was what I wanted .I was also looking for specific color and interior so Fabian suggested I test drive the Accord .I test drove it and that was it .The Sport has all the features I need and the color is beatiful.I told Fabian I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend that much money when looking at the sticker and he spoke to Matt the manager and he agreed to an offer I couldn't refuse. I've never had such a relaxing car buying experience .Even Danny in finance was very personable ,kind and had everything ready within minutes.I highly recommend Muller Honda for a pleasant car buying experience ! More
