Great service! I had scheduled a routine oil change and the day before it, my car stopped shifting gears and the engine light turned on. Unfortunately, the diagnosis I had scheduled a routine oil change and the day before it, my car stopped shifting gears and the engine light turned on. Unfortunately, the diagnosis was going to take all day with no loaners available. Tim got me a ride to my job and kept me up to date all day with what was happening to my car. No one has ever done that with me before so I appreciated it so so much. He was able to explain everything to me and made sure I could have my car the next day for work. Thanks to him, I got my car back the same day and was extremely satisfied. More
