Quick and Easy I arrived 20 minutes late for my appointment for A1 Service. Service issue When I first called, I was told there was absolutely no loaner available. I understand that loaners can be tough but when I purchased my car I was tol When I first called, I was told there was absolutely no loaner available. I understand that loaners can be tough but when I purchased my car I was told that I would get one whenever I serviced my car at Muller. When I showed up to pick up my car they could not find the keys or any record of service. The lady at the front was very helpful but it took around 25 minutes to find my keys get me processed. Then she said she was not sure if the car was actually serviced and to call back in the morning if I had any issues. When I turned my car on in the morning it was fine and the service indicators were off, but it did not instill much confidence that anything was actually done. After driving my car the next morning for an hour my tire low pressure light came on. I checked the tires and they seemed fine. Overall it was a very rocky experience. More
