My sales rep is Alfredo Parra who makes sure that the entire experience is easy, efficient and flexible. I know that some people like to haggle with a car dealer over price. I do my homework prior to buying a car and I feel absolutely confident that Alfredo, Matt Sonnenschein (sales manager) and Greg (finance) give me a fair price and high value. They explained the finances clearly and answered all my questions without typical sales hype or pressure. I bring my cars to Muller for 100% of the service so I have become a familiar face at the dealership.
