Very negative on this service, ask for refund!!! The second row car seat (the one behind the passenger side), is partially installed -- one side is not put inside. Which makes my kids fall down from The second row car seat (the one behind the passenger side), is partially installed -- one side is not put inside. Which makes my kids fall down from the seat to floor while I turn right on a crossing! This is very bad service, I would rather get refund for this service! Muller Honda of gurnee is better. Lack of effort I’d say, did not wash my car (gurnee always does) did not put the sticker for my next service. Just doesn’t seem very professional.
