It took 2.5 hours for a oil change. I made an appointment at 7am on a Saturday and was promised when I checked in (after 20 minutes of waiting in line to be checked in) that it would be I made an appointment at 7am on a Saturday and was promised when I checked in (after 20 minutes of waiting in line to be checked in) that it would be done in 45 minutes. It actually took about an hour and 15 minutes. Then the car was not washed (because it had rained ealier) so I asked the dealer to wash my car. I was told that it would be 10 minutes. Then 30 minutes went by so I asked for status. It turned out that my car was done but they forgot to get me. Then they gave me the wrong keys! So I had to go back in again and waited in line to get my keys. There were 2 representatives at the main counter when the store opened to serve like 10 customers and an oil change representative showing up about 20 minutes after the store opened. Service has not been as good as it used to be but this is the worse experience I had with this dealership. I am seriously thinking about switching to another dealership if this doesn't get better. My sales rep is Alfredo Parra who makes sure that the entire experience is easy, efficient and flexible. I know that some people like to haggle with a car dealer over price. I do my homework prior to buying a car and I feel absolutely confident that Alfredo, Matt Sonnenschein (sales manager) and Greg (finance) give me a fair price and high value. They explained the finances clearly and answered all my questions without typical sales hype or pressure. I bring my cars to Muller for 100% of the service so I have become a familiar face at the dealership. There isn't enough room on this survey for me to fully describe the outstanding service I receive at Muller service from Tim Cameron, Peter Franz, Mark Schwartz and the entire team of technicians. When I pull into the Muller service bay for both regular service and urgent repairs, I receive timely, safe and thorough service as if I was a member of their family. Thanks, Ken Fishbain More

1B service quick and easy I got an appointment based on my availability and dropped the car off at 9 Am. Before I even reached by destination in my wife's car, I got a call that everything was done, a couple of items deferred (air filters) and a discount of 10% based on a coupon I'd previously received. $65 for an oil change, tire rotation and all of the checks seems to be pricy, but I respect the sales and maintenance staff. Pretty clear, since Muller has been working on my five Hondas and Subarus. More
