They do not try to oversell a job by including unnecessary work that the customer does not want. I left another body shop because their change in management made me feel I could not trust them to give me honest answers. I have never had that feeling with Muller's organization. The work, recommendations, timeliness and general sales approach at Muller's makes me feel comfortable and reinforces my decision made some years ago to deal with Muller when ever possible. More
