Easy breezy family car upgrade We went in looking to test drive the new Honda Odyssey. We had a target price. We were not anticipating to buy that day. Then came the good surprises! First, I was wowed by the test drive and how much the car had changed from 13 years ago. Safety features and technology was mind blowing. Second, they had the color we wanted on hand. Third, Our salesman had the right info (details about the car, which features we needed and didn’t need for our situation) and levers (trade ins, negotiation, true price) to get us to our target price. And the rest was just financing. They showed me how to used the new gadgets in the car and paired up my phone. We drove off with our new car and used it for our simple road trip the next day. Now my kids can’t stop asking why can’t we take moms car out vs dads. I More

Odyssey I gave the “excellent “ rating based on courtesy and the constant updates on my car while it was being serviced. I did have a loner car to use through the repairs, which took 4 days. This visit was for new tires, fixing my power steering and an oil change. I purchased my 2007 Odyssey at Muller and I have my car serviced here every time as well. I would not even consider going elsewhere. My car is always fully inspected and repairs are done correctly. The team is knowledgeable and courteous. I feel confident when I leave that if there is a problem, it will be rectified immediately. I love my 07, and taking it to Muller makes me confident that I will get to enjoy it for a very long time! More
