Pawel Pieniazek had returned my inquiry within few hours (super fast), and we were able to agree on the price via email. I went over to the Muller Honda dealer later that day, and everything was done within an hour!! ONE HOUR!! Mr. Pieniazek was very professional and courteous, and I'd highly recommend to see him if you're in the market for a new Honda. The entire dealership was a great experience, very attentive and yet not pushy at all. Also, I really appreciate that fact that it had a so many different cars and trims available in the showroom, which makes me a lot comfortable to sit in them and test them out. Highly recommend this place!! More

Price too high & they mistreat customers Went to buy Honda Odyssey 2018 model brand new. Their pricing was easily 2000 dollars more than the dealers in the area. Their behavior was childish throwing tantrums around customers and unwilling to have a conversation. New seen a sales associate do this before. I would recommend checking with all the surrounding dealers before you go here if you want to save money. I am not the one for bad reviews but this one warranted it. More

Because the car was towed to Muller, we had to buy at that dealer (or have the car towed somewhere else for a trade-in). We did not have the time to do our usual research and was totally dependent on the dealer. After purchasing a car, we submitted an online request for quotes for the same make/model and were given a quote that was about $2,500 less than we paid. We normally would have come to the dealer more prepared with knowledge of the average invoice amounts and would not have overpaid as much as we did. We contacted the dealer afterwards and explained the situation. We did not expect the dealer to refund any amounts, but our hope was that the dealer would recognize the importance of maintaining a good customer relationship and choose to offer excellent customer service and work something out, such as complementary maintenance or something. The GM felt that they had "done nothing wrong" and did not respond to our request. We hope that the dealer enjoys the extra profit made from our sale because we will never return for the next two cars that we need to buy this year. Yes, shame on us for not doing extensive research before had to have our car unexpectedly towed to the dealer and allowing the dealer to take advantage of our situation. While they are definitely friendly to work with, they will take advantage of you. This is everything that people hate about buying cars...the back-and-forth between the sales person and the manager, lack of transparency, etc. Unfortunately, their profit-driven motives override any interest in being customer-focused. Let the buyer beware... More
