I was driving up from Florida to Birmingham, Alabama when my car indicator flashed zero percent battery remaining in remote which is used to start the car. I called information and got the number for the clo my car indicator flashed zero percent battery remaining in remote which is used to start the car. I called information and got the number for the closest dealership which was Classic. I called and spoke with Tim who gave me directions even though it was near closing time. Tim and several personnel were waiting for me when I arrived. I overheard one gentleman offer to stay in case the battery was not the problem. They tested and replaced my battery free of charge, wishing me a safe trip as I left. I was very impresses with their customer service! More

My husband and I were very pleased with the service Alison Taylor gave us. We were not shopping for an expensive car, but we were treated as if we were buying a new, top of the line model. There was no surprise to the "walk out the door" price we had agreed on. In fact, we were given more than we thought we were going to get (detailing, new rear brakes and tires) The test drive was great. Alison was informative, pleasant, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. We were given time to consider our decision without pressure from anyone. Once we decided to buy, Tony walked us through the process. A few days afterwards, Alison called to make sure we were still pleased with the car. We were met at the door by Brett. We were just going to see what color white diamond looked like and had no plans to buy a car. He was so polite and brought a car up for us to look at the color. We had an Acadia, he asked if we liked it, we said yes, and that is the one he showed us the color of . He told us all the improvements that have been made on the Acadia and asked us to drive it and see the improvements for ourselves. We did. He worked to see what he could do to help us be able to purchase it. We did and are so far very pleased with the car and the service from Classic. This is the first car we have purchased from them but I am sure it will not be the last if they keep up the friendliness and service that they have so far shown. More
We went with this dealership because the staff was friendly and the price on the vehicle was very good. If you say you will call back first thing tomorrow morning and we haven't received a call back by the time I'm done with work and stop by, that isn't first thing in the morning. The car had a mirror that would fall off, they said they would fix it. The guy looked at it, said there was a broken piece but he thought it would be ok. He left wires sticking out and told my wife that her husband could push them back in for her. About a week later the mirror fell down again, so now we have to schedule another appointment to get something fixed that should have been fixed the first time. When we were buying the car I was promised that they would only run one credit check, 4 inquiries showed up on my report and will have a negative impact on my credit report for 2 years. The car was listed as having a warranty since it was previously a certified preowned from an Audi dealer, we were told that it would transfer to us. We asked again a day later when we test drove the car and they said it stayed with the car. Then after we bought the car they said we just needed to fill out a form and there might be a fee. My wife went to fill out the form while I was at work. The form stated that the warranty was only transferable for a fee of $150 and only if it was a private sale with no dealer involvement. My wife was told that she needed to make a bill of sale saying it was a private sale (false bill of sale) and fill out the form saying it was a private sale and the dealership said they would notarize it. When my wife told me what they were trying to do I said we wouldn't do it, so we ended up paying $600 for an aftermarket warranty. Being military and on a temporary duty status we needed to register it in a different state. They sent the title off without giving us a chance to sign it, so we had to get it mailed back to us to sign to then mail off to the DMV again. More
