Ordered a mustang from this dealership several months ago and the buying process was simply just amazing from start to finish. They worked hard to get me the best price on the car including locking in incent and the buying process was simply just amazing from start to finish. They worked hard to get me the best price on the car including locking in incentives and xplan pricing from the time I ordered it and they had no dealer doc fees. They also found me an amazing APR. They didn’t attempt to add any nonsense addons such as nitrogen tires locjack ect. The finance office did offer things like gap, extended warranty ect but there wasn’t any high pressure to purchase those items. All an around excellent experience you can’t beat in this market. More

So, I typically don't write many reviews but I thought this one needed a review. I unfortunately got into a car accident with my new truck I had a week and a half. Absolutely horrible experience with them. And I had to go through the whole process again but with another major dealer. Found a truck at Mullinax Ford out of Kissimmee FL. Came in to check the truck out. I had Octavio help me through the process. Honestly, it was one of the best experiences I've had with a dealer. Was in and out with everything in a half of a day. Octavio and his team were fabulous and not pushy at all. I highly recommend these guys to purchase a vehicle. I will NOT hesitate to go back and buy any future vehicles from them. On 03/22/2022 I visited the service department for a replacement of the door keypad that was under an extended warranty by FORD. This part had to be replaced 3 times under the FORD warranty since it is replacement of the door keypad that was under an extended warranty by FORD. This part had to be replaced 3 times under the FORD warranty since it is garbage design by FORD. The service person asked to comeback on the 3/24/2022 to do the work so I did. Then, he refused to perform the work using multiple excuses making me waist 2 trips to this dealership. He did not even made an attempt to contact FORD. What a terrible customer service and dealership. Stay away from FORD and this dealership. More

Don't buy here. Robert Reed and Ashley in finance just don't care. I have been lied to, discriminated against and played games with. I have bought two vehicles from this dealer in the past. Does it really take over 8 hrs to perform oil change, rotate tires and check why the ac doesn't blow cold. The ac check did cost another $140.00. 12 minutes later they said oh, you need everything replac rotate tires and check why the ac doesn't blow cold. The ac check did cost another $140.00. 12 minutes later they said oh, you need everything replaced to the tune of $2500.00. alignment still hadn't been done. They would replace the air filter for another $25/35 dollars. My wife and l purchased our 2014 f150 two years ago. I liked the sales experience.
