We bought our second Lexus from the Mungenast team in the last year this week. Once again, it was an amazing experience. Our salesperson from the first one, Spencer, was on vacation so Roy helped us out with last year this week. Once again, it was an amazing experience. Our salesperson from the first one, Spencer, was on vacation so Roy helped us out with this purchase, and he knocked it out of the park, just like Spencer the first time around. He found a great fit for my needs in short order, set up the test drive, and helped me push the deal through. We had Bric in finance again, and just like last time, he made the process easy while doing it with a smile and great conversation. We have also had a couple of experiences with the service team here too, and just like the sales side, they are professional, courteous, and make the process easy. I have bought many cars in my life and the past two experiences here have been the best by far. Needless to say, when we are ready to buy another Lexus or used car, we will be back. More
