The problem with dealership is they have a very aggresive marketing and it is on a high transit avenue. Way too many people walk in, so they can pick and choose who to deal with. I went to buy a CPO, had a significant crack on the rear bumper, this is on a 39k suv, and the seller (Mike) said "if you want new, buy new" I had another seller (Mark) who refused to let me test drive a car until I brought in my trade-in, when they ran the numbers they offered 4k less than trade-in value, *is all because of the economy! Ran my vehicle with CARMAX, I almost got private value, sold it to them. *the only person I will miss is Sherry, super cool lady, only person who treated me fair and square at all times. More

Kyle was excellent in working with us to determine what vehicle was best suited for us (older couple approaching 80).
