Excellent Sales and Service Experience I recently purchased a used vehicle from Mungenast Lexus and got the same "Lexus Treatment" as a customer purchasing a more expensive Lexus. Everyone I recently purchased a used vehicle from Mungenast Lexus and got the same "Lexus Treatment" as a customer purchasing a more expensive Lexus. Everyone at the dealership seemed to truly want me to be happy with my purchase and went out of their way to answer any questions I had. They never seemed to be pushing me to buy but rather provide the information I sought to make the right decision. I wanted to call out Chad, Steve, Chelsea for their first rate sales experience before and after the sale. Great online buying experience My son recently had a car totaled in a hailstorm, so he was the benefactor of his Mom's 2014 GX 460. My wife loves her GX and we decided to buy a 202 My son recently had a car totaled in a hailstorm, so he was the benefactor of his Mom's 2014 GX 460. My wife loves her GX and we decided to buy a 2020 GX 460. Due to the Covid -19 pandemic everything was done online with Chelsea Elledge. Chelsea provided detailed prompt ,service. She was able to answer all of my questions. I made some changes by changing wheels and adding a tow hitch. We made the changes and came to a deal in three days. Next, Chelsea set my wife and myself up with Steve Zitko for our on site appointment to go through the paperwork for taking delivery of the GX. Steve was very personable and efficient in getting this done. Next we were introduced to delivery coordinator Susan Brockmeier who went through the different accessory options for the GX in a very personable, low pressure manner. Next was a visit with Brick Flint who got us through the financing part of the deal in a very personable, efficient manner. Last but not least was Spencer Obrien who took us through the new technology of the GX, answered all of our questions and most importantly got my wife's phone hooked up to the GX and then we were on our way. I would like to commend the entire Mungenast team for a wonderful 5 star experience during this challenging time. We love the new GX. More
