Late hour nobody will help We came in after 5:40 Pm to drop off the car for next day service. Finally I had to get in to the lodge to find my husband. At this moment there was a car arrived, he was lucky, although he was behind us, someone gave him a number helped him. I was very upset and asked the guy why? Finally a guy spent less a minute to accept the key.We left there after 6:20 PM. My suggestion to the owner is to open a self help desk. So you don't have to waste money to pay those service people who are not doing their job. More

Having been a sales manager for over 25 years (in a different industry), I know the auto industry has a poor reputation when it comes to pushy / sometimes deceptive salespeople. If anyone asks me, “What’s it gonna take for me to put you in this car today?” - I typically run for the exit doors. My experience with Steve Zitko was the exact opposite of that! From the very beginning, Steve was friendly, knowledgeable, and always professional. Once I selected the exact car I wanted, the negotiation process was handled efficiently and respectfully. Everyone in the dealership treated me with a genuine sense of kindness and helpfulness. A special note of recognition goes out to Megan, who spent nearly an hour walking me through all of the features of my new car. She was patient and very knowledgeable.
