My wife and I have only positive comments regarding Mungenast Lexus. Nate, our sales person, was knowledgeable, but was not a high pressure sales person. The technical specialist Megan Moran walked us through all of the technology immediately following the purchase of the vehicle. After driving the vehicle a couple of days we had additional questions. She was more than happy to meet with us again to review any questions that we had. The finance specialist Brick was very nice with a good sense of humor. All paperwork was completed on a high tech signing board which was really nice. We also had a great experience with Heather in Customer care. We have never experienced such a warm feeling without feeling like they were "swarming" us. I would recommend Mungenast Lexus to anyone. More
