Superb salesman and customer service. Our salesman continued to provide support and assistance even after we drove our purchase off the lot. The service and help we received was superb and did not reflect at all on the purchase price of our used vehicle. We received quality treatment and assistance as if we had purchased the most expensive car on the lot. I would highly recommend this dealership. Also, during that very busy afternoon both managers introduced themselves and welcomed us to Mungenast. Steve Zitko is Simply The Best!!!! Let me just say that I saw a car that I was interested in and unfortunately it sold the next day. Steve Zitko at Mungenast Lexus told me if he got another one in I would be the first to know. Well with a matter of a couple of weeks he let me know he had an even better version of the car I was interested in. He provided the information immediately!! I provided the information needed and it took off from there. Steve reached out at the max twice which is unheard of in the car sales world. He knew what he needed and I provided it all immediately. When it was time to come in and sign the paperwork I was introduced to Bric in finance who was just as amazing and professional as Steve!!! I was in the dealership maybe 45 minutes.....yes 45 minutes. Everyone at the dealership was so nice and professional!! Steve Zitko is my New Car Salesman. "Arrogant aggressive, Cheaters, condescending and insulting" This was my first purchase in the Lexus brand, and it may be my last. When test driving the car I was interested in, Anthony(aka Asif) was polite and This was my first purchase in the Lexus brand, and it may be my last. When test driving the car I was interested in, Anthony(aka Asif) was polite and stated he could work with me on price. The minute price negotiations started he was a different person. Not only was Anthony rude to me, but treating us like we were idiots, aggressively talking down to us. I am in service industry myself, and my clients don't speak to me the way he did-- even on a bad day. We agreed on some number and I had been signing the papers all the way to closure until I realized that they increased the EMI, excluded terms & services which I was promised of initially. I felt like I am cheated on many terms. We were so insulted we walked out and ended up finding a cheaper price on the same car. After that experience, I would have happily purchased a lesser car for more money to avoid speaking to Anthony ever again- let alone spending any money with him or Mungenast. Absolutely disgusting- I won't be returning. More
