Fender Repair Curt Blankenship and your staff did an excellent job servicing my nearly new Lexus. I had received an estimate earlier for repair of a scrape on the Curt Blankenship and your staff did an excellent job servicing my nearly new Lexus. I had received an estimate earlier for repair of a scrape on the left front fender/bumper from my independent mechanic/body shop. I decided to have Mungenast take a look and you provided an estimate of roughly 1/2 the independent shop with instantaneous acceptance of the car for repair, along with a "loaner" until my repair was complete. The entire transaction took place in about 15 minutes. The completed body work was of excellent quality - the Lexus looked as though it just came form the showroom. Thanks for a job very well done!. I brought my car in for r When other service reps accepted the answer, I can't get the car to make the noise you're describing I tried one more time. I brought my car in for routine service and told Curt Blankenship of my recurring issue that is now becoming embarrassing due to squeaking in front of friends, colleagues, etc. Curt put special emphasis on figuring out where the problem is coming from and working closely with the mechanic(forgot his name- but great). Curt and the mechanic did a great job and my Lexus no longer has embarrassing squeaking noise from the steering column. Thank you for your care and follow through! More
