I was working with Alex on a 2007 Lexus he made an offer we countered and he stopped communication. I am not sure why the communication stopped on his end, but he did not show great costumer service. The salesperson, Ted Johnlikes, understands the challenge of shopping from out of state and was extremely helpful in providing detailed information about each vehicle so that we could make an informed decision about making the commitment to travel to the dealership and/or purchase the vehicle. Through the entire sales process, Ted was very responsive and always made himself available as needed. In the case of one vehicle, Mungenast even provided the option of delivering the vehicle to us in Oklahoma (which they did!). This is an excellent dealership and I would highly recommend it. More

While I was about to leave the dealership with the car, I noticed some scratches to the side of the car. Immediately, a personnel from the body shop was informed, and they had the scratches buffed out in no time.
